Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times (Preparation / Production) All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days for standard in-stock or ready-to-ship products. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Custom-Made Products, 3D Printing, and Short-Run Production For orders requiring manufacturing (3D printing) and/or short-run production, processing times may be longer and vary based on: technology, quantity, complexity, post-processing steps (cleaning, finishing), and production load.
- FDM / SLA (Single parts and small series): Variable processing time depending on quantity and complexity.
- SLS (Nylon – production and post-processing): Processing time may take up to 2 business weeks before shipping, particularly when production is done in batches.
If a longer delay is expected, we will inform you as soon as possible, and/or the delay will be indicated during the order or on your quote.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Included. Standard shipping fees are already included in the displayed price of eligible products. No additional standard shipping fees are normally added at checkout.
- Possible Exceptions: For certain oversized, very bulky, or very heavy shipments, or for destinations in remote regions, an adjustment may be required. In this case, we will contact you before shipping for approval.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, peak periods, customs).
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via our website or directly on the carrier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Items If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue according to the situation.
6. Customs and Taxes For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery.
7. Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Unclaimed Packages or Returned to Sender In the event of a package being unclaimed, refused at delivery, or returned to the sender for any reason related to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the customer remains fully responsible for the costs incurred.
If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped, they must pay the additional shipping fees, as well as a fixed handling fee of $5 CAD. We assume no responsibility for packages not collected within the timeframes set by the carrier.
